- Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine fresh strawberries, chopped basil, honey, and balsamic vinegar to create the strawberry sauce.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the strawberry sauce over it in the skillet and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Plate the Strawberry Basil Chicken and pour any remaining sauce from the skillet over the top, garnishing with extra basil if desired.
