Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 lbs pork ribs baby back or spare ribs
Dry Rub
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper optional for heat
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the pellet grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. In a bowl, mix all dry rub ingredients together.
  4. Generously apply the dry rub to both sides of the ribs.
Cooking
  1. Place the ribs on the grill grates bone side down.
  2. Smoke the ribs for 3 hours, maintaining a temperature of 225°F.
  3. After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and return to the grill for an additional 1.5 hours.
  4. Unwrap the ribs, brush with BBQ sauce, and cook for another 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Serving
  1. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
