Prepare the Beef
- Season the chuck roast with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned beef in the slow cooker.
- Add beef broth and lime juice to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
Shred the Beef
- Once cooked, remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix with the juices.
Assemble the Tacos
- Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with shredded beef, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
