Ingredients
  

Peach Puree
  • 4 medium ripe peaches peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional, adjust based on sweetness of peaches
Cocktail
  • 1 bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine chilled

Method
 

Prepare Peach Puree
  1. In a blender, combine the peeled and pitted peaches with sugar (if using). Blend until smooth.
Mix Cocktail
  1. In a champagne flute, add about 2 tablespoons of peach puree.
  2. Slowly pour the chilled Prosecco over the puree, allowing it to mix gently.
  3. Garnish with a slice of peach if desired and serve immediately.
