Ingredients
  

Asparagus
  • 1 pound Fresh Asparagus Trimmed
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the trimmed asparagus on the baking sheet.
Seasoning
  1. Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the asparagus.
  3. Toss the asparagus with tongs to coat evenly.
Baking
  1. Spread the asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
  3. If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the asparagus during the last 2 minutes of baking.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
