Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 12 slices white or whole grain bread cut into quarters
Deli Meats
  • 4 oz ham sliced
  • 4 oz turkey sliced
  • 4 oz salami sliced
Cheese
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese sliced
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese sliced
Vegetables
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber sliced
Condiments
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mustard

Method
 

Assembling the Sandwiches
  1. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer the deli meats, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on half of the bread slices.
  3. Top with the remaining bread slices, spread side down, to form sandwiches.
  4. Cut each sandwich into quarters to create mini sandwiches.
  5. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.
