Ingredients
  

Taco Filling
  • 1 lb Ground Beef or ground turkey
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Water
Taco Assembly
  • 8 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Salsa for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Taco Filling
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat, then add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and water.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  2. Spoon the taco filling onto each tortilla.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
