Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder and hot water until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until creamy.
- Gently fold the matcha mixture into the mascarpone until fully combined.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into a blend of warm water and sugar for a couple of seconds.
- In a dish, lay half of the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom, then spread half of the matcha mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat with another layer.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with extra matcha powder and serve chilled.
