For Assembly
  • 24 pieces ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi) Homemade or store-bought work well.
  • 1/2 cup milk (for dipping) Use whole milk or almond milk for a dairy-free alternative.
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder (for dusting) Use a fine sieve for even distribution.

Preparation
  1. Prepare the Matcha Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder and hot water until smooth.
  2. Mix the Mascarpone: In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until creamy.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Gently fold the matcha mixture into the mascarpone until fully combined.
  4. Dip the Ladyfingers: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into a blend of warm water and sugar for a couple of seconds.
  5. Layer the Tiramisu: In a dish, lay half of the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom, then spread half of the matcha mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat with another layer.
  6. Chill and Set: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Dust the top with extra matcha powder before serving.
