Ingredients
  

Marinade Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Add minced garlic, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for best results.
