Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add minced garlic, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for best results.
