Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 lemon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Lamb Chops
  • 4 pieces Lamb Shoulder Chops about 1 inch thick

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Marinate the Lamb
  1. Add the lamb shoulder chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Grill the Chops
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the lamb from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  2. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Rest and Serve
  1. Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with your choice of sides, such as grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.

Notes
