Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
Serve
  1. Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
