Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Chicken
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
Serve
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
