Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon fresh, skin-on
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice fresh
For the Bowls
  • 2 cups Cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup Cucumber slices
  • 1 cup Avocado slices
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions sliced
For Toppings
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro or parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the salmon fillets by patting them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Mix together the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Brush the honey sriracha glaze generously over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Cook your choice of rice or quinoa according to package instructions.
  7. Assemble the bowls by placing a scoop of rice or quinoa at the bottom, followed by a piece of glazed salmon on top.
  8. Drizzle any remaining honey sriracha glaze over the assembled bowls before serving.
