- Brush the honey sriracha glaze generously over each salmon fillet.

- Cook your choice of rice or quinoa according to package instructions.
- Assemble the bowls by placing a scoop of rice or quinoa at the bottom, followed by a piece of glazed salmon on top.
- Drizzle any remaining honey sriracha glaze over the assembled bowls before serving.
