  • 2 medium jalapeños stemmed and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro packed
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, onion, garlic, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth, adjusting seasoning to taste.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and let sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
