Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Method
 

Prepare the Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Prepare the Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, melted butter, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the casserole base.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking. Just add an extra 10-15 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
