Prepare the Casserole

- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Prepare the Topping
- In a separate bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, melted butter, and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the casserole base.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
