Cocktail Ingredients
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup Tequila Use a good quality blanco tequila.
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Agave syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/4 cup Coconut water Optional, for a lighter drink.
  • Salt For rimming glasses Optional.
  • Lime wedges For garnish
  • Coconut flakes For garnish Optional.

Method
 

Prepare the Glasses
  1. If desired, rim the glasses with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in salt.
Blend the Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine coconut cream, tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and coconut water. Blend until smooth.
Serve the Cocktail
  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and coconut flakes if desired.
