Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Make the Sauce
  1. In a blender, combine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
