  • 1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the bell pepper, zucchini, and carrots, and cut the broccoli into florets.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 8-10 minutes until they are tender.
