Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Cook the Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
