Ingredients
  

Chicken Thighs
  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs Trimmed of excess fat
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil Extra virgin recommended
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Low sodium preferred
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
