Ingredients
  

For the Beef
  • 1 pound Sirloin steak sliced against the grain
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce low-sodium for a healthier option
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell peppers mixed colors for vibrancy
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets blanched briefly
  • 1 cup Snow peas fresh
For the Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger root freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with cold water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice your beef into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add a splash of oil.
Cooking
  1. Add the marinated beef to the pan in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
  2. Toss in the bell peppers, broccoli, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vibrant and crisp-tender.
  3. Return the beef to the pan and stir everything together for another 2 minutes.
Serving
  1. Garnish with sesame seeds or fresh green onions if desired.
