Preparation
- Slice your beef into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add a splash of oil.
Cooking
- Add the marinated beef to the pan in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Toss in the bell peppers, broccoli, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vibrant and crisp-tender.
- Return the beef to the pan and stir everything together for another 2 minutes.
Serving
- Garnish with sesame seeds or fresh green onions if desired.
