Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
Grilling
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 7-10 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the chicken and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Continue grilling for another 15-20 minutes, basting with more BBQ sauce, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serving
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
