Ingredients
  

Chicken Thighs
  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs Bone-in, skin-on for best flavor
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Your favorite brand or homemade
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
Grilling
  1. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down on the grill.
  2. Grill for about 7-10 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  3. Flip the chicken and brush with BBQ sauce.
  4. Continue grilling for another 15-20 minutes, basting with more BBQ sauce, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
