Sandwich Components
  • 8 slices Bacon Thick-cut preferred
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese Or cheese of choice
  • 4 slices Bread or bagels Toasted

Method
 

Cooking the Bacon
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cooking the Eggs
  1. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Assembling the Sandwich
  1. On each slice of toasted bread or bagel, place a slice of cheese, followed by two slices of bacon, and top with the cooked egg.
  2. Add another slice of cheese on top and cover with the other slice of bread or bagel.
Final Toasting
  1. Return the assembled sandwiches to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted.
